Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

*Allow an additional 1–2 business days for rural addresses.

Where are orders dispatched from?

Orders are dispatched from our Auckland and Christchurch distribution centres, depending on which is closest to you.

• You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email confirming order fulfilment once your order has been processed with our warehouse.
• In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware.
